Industrial Electrical Panel Designer
The industrial electrical panel designer is responsible for the Design of machine control systems using CAD software that allows for effective control system implementation for electrical and pneumatics.
- Complete design specification of control system hardware (PLCs and/or HMI), safety systems, power distribution, and motor control equipment initiated by engineering
- Documentation of panels and designs in AutoCAD Electrical, as schematics, and general arrangement drawings
- Generate design releases and final production bills of materials
- Generate Engineering Change Notifications when necessary
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Associate in Applied Science degree in electronics, electrical technology, or electromechanical technology, or 4 years of experience in an appropriate field with demonstrated skills
- Ability to read, and understand industrial electrical/electronic schematics
- 2 years of experience in drafting software (AutoCAD Electrical)

Other Requirements:
Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug test and periodic, unannounced random drug tests
Must be able to pass a pre-employment criminal background check
Must have a valid driver’s license, and currently have and be able to maintain a good driving record
Must be willing to work flexible hours and overtime, and occasional weekends, holidays, and nights.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
