Job Description: As a Sales Support Associate at Kree Creative, you will be at the forefront of connecting customers to our client T-Mobile face to face. Your primary responsibility will be to engage with community members, guide them through the enrollment process, and ensure a seamless and positive experience. This Sales Support Associate role is perfect for someone with strong communication skills, a customer-first mindset, and a drive to achieve sales goals.
Key Responsibilities for a Sales Support Associate:
- Meet potential customers face to face to discuss service offerings and communicate T-Mobile sales product options
- Educate customers directly on the benefits of our services and assist them with the enrollment process
- Meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales and enrollment targets
- Provide exceptional customer service and follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of interactions and enrollments
- Collaborate with the team to develop sales strategies and improve processes
Qualifications for a Sales Support Associate:
- Proven experience in sales or customer service
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Goal-oriented with a passion for achieving results
- Proficiency with CRM systems and basic computer skills
- High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred
