Position : Customer Service Representative
Shifts : Must be available for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts.
Responsibilities :
- Answer inbound calls from Hospital and Nursing Home customers, handling approximately 40 calls per day.
- Provide exceptional customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Follow up with technicians, service coordinators, management, and the sales team to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Research service orders for quality control and ensure accuracy.
- Enter orders into a custom software database with precision and attention to detail.
- Utilize call center experience to manage high call volumes and maintain professionalism under pressure.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and effectively.
- Collaborate with team members to improve processes and enhance service quality.
