Job Summary: The Maintenance Supervisor will oversee the maintenance operations within our milk plant. This role is critical in managing the maintenance team, implementing preventative maintenance programs, and ensuring the facility's equipment is operating efficiently and safely.
First Shift- 5am -2pm

Job Summary: The Maintenance Supervisor will oversee the maintenance operations within our milk plant. This role is critical in managing the maintenance team, implementing preventative maintenance programs, and ensuring the facility's equipment is operating efficiently and safely.
First Shift- 5am -2pm
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and execute the Preventative Maintenance program to ensure all equipment is maintained in optimal condition.
- Supervise and lead a team of maintenance technicians, providing guidance and support.
- Install and configure electrical and mechanical components of industrial machinery, including motors, pumps, conveyors, and control systems.
- Perform regular maintenance on machinery and equipment to prevent breakdowns and ensure optimal performance, including lubrication, adjustments, and parts replacement.
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical and mechanical faults in equipment, utilizing diagnostic tools and techniques to identify issues and implement effective solutions.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations to maintain a safe working environment, including proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and adherence to lockout/tagout procedures.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and inspections to comply with company policies and industry regulations.
- Work closely with other maintenance team members and departments to ensure seamless operations and minimize downtime.
- 3 years of mechanical and electrical experience, preferably in a manufacturing or production environment.
- Industrial maintenance experience including mechanical/electrical, general maintenance, robotics, pneumatic, and/or hydraulic work, welding, and refrigeration systems used in food production
- Supervisory experience is preferred, with a demonstrated ability to lead a team effectively.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills to effectively diagnose and resolve issues..
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.

- Proficient in reading and interpreting electrical schematics, mechanical drawings, and technical manuals.
