We are currently seeking a skilled Maintenance Supervisor to join our team and ensure the smooth operation of our facility.
Job Summary : The Maintenance Supervisor will oversee the maintenance operations within our milk plant. This role is critical in managing the maintenance team, implementing preventative maintenance programs, and ensuring the facility's equipment is operating efficiently and safely.
First Shift- 5am -2am
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage and execute the Preventative Maintenance program to ensure all equipment is maintained in optimal condition.
- Supervise and lead a team of maintenance technicians, providing guidance and support.
- Organize and delegate maintenance projects to ensure timely completion.
- Troubleshoot and solve mechanical and electrical issues as they arise.
- Maintain an accurate inventory of parts and supplies while ensuring a clean and organized work area.
- Respond promptly to emergency maintenance calls to minimize downtime.
- Stay current with new technologies and best practices in maintenance and repair.
