We are seeking a full-time, dedicated and experienced Landscape Manager to lead a small crew in maintaining and enhancing Kreider Farm’s properties year-round. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in both hardscaping and soft scaping, as well as experience in weed control, mowing, snow removal and equipment maintenance. This role requires a hands-on leader who can effectively manage tasks and team members, while ensuring high-quality workmanship.
Key Responsibilities :
- Crew Management -train and supervise crew in daily operations
- Hardscaping / Soft Scaping-oversee the installation and maintenance of hardscape / softscape elements
- Weed Control- execute effective weed control strategies for both hardscaped and landscaped areas.
- Mowing and Lawn Care-Oversee regular lawn maintenance, including mowing, edging, and trimming.
- Snow Removal- Coordinate plowing, shoveling, and salting of driveways, walkways, and parking lots.
- Safety Compliance- Promote a culture of safety by adhering to all safety regulations and best practices.
- Equipment maintenance-Oversee the maintenance and repair of landscape equipment and tools including mowers tractors and implements
