Location: Milk Plant Facility
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 9 AM - 5 PM (This role may require occasional overtime. Flexibility is essential in our fast-paced environment.)
Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and organized Production Coordinator to join our Milk Plant team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for creating production schedules, managing inventory, collaborating with various departments, and ensuring quality assurance to meet delivery deadlines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Production Planning: Develop and adjust production schedules based on demand and available resources.
- Inventory Management: Coordinate with procurement to ensure materials are available and monitor stock levels.
- Collaboration: Work closely with operations and logistics to align production requirements.
- Resource Allocation: Prioritize orders and allocate materials and inventories efficiently.
- Performance Monitoring: Track production progress and implement strategies for efficiency improvements.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure compliance with quality and food safety standards.
- Data Analysis: Analyze production data and generate performance reports.
Qualifications:
- Experience and/or a bachelor’s degree in a related discipline.
- Proficiency to advanced skills in Excel are a must.
- Knowledge of production planning software (ERP, MRP systems) is preferred.
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Previous experience in production planning or manufacturing is preferred.
