GENERAL JOB DUTIES
Responsible for keeping the Trust Account records for the residents living in the ICF/DD, CILA and processing the monthly billings for residential care and Community Day Services.
ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES
- Responsible for some of Kreider Services’ billings
- Responsible for the accounting of people’s checking and savings accounts for all homes.
- Working with group home supervisors to obtain required receipts, etc.
- Responsible for enrolling new people served with Social Security and completing reauthorizations/redeterminations as required.
- Responsible for reconciling people’s bank statements and submitting balance information to guardians according to required timelines.
- Responsible for completing Representative Payee reports accurately and on time.
- Responsible for the timely reconciliation of all residential home bank statements.
- Responsible for posting to people’s ledgers.
- Responsible for paying rent for all people supported.
- Responsible for processing accounts payable checks for mailing. This includes comparing the checks with vouchers, applying signature stamps to the checks and enclosing appropriate inserts along with the signed checks in envelopes for mailing.
- Provide backup for accounts payable and payroll when necessary.
- This position has access to agency and individual financial and clinical records, confidentiality will be maintained.
- Ability to work in a constant state of alertness and in a safe manner.
ADDITIONAL JOB DUTIES
1. Stays current on training required by agency and profession.
2. Other duties as assigned.
REMOTE (HYBRID)
Alternative work location may be allowed as needed with the approval of the Department Director. Unplanned visits from the supervisor to the alternative work location should be anticipated. The agency always reserves the right to require the employee to be at the agency’s location rather than an alternative work location.
