About The Function:
Our client is an industry leading, privately-help manufacturing company that is over 100 years old. They are located right off the Pennsylvania Turnpike in the BuxMont area. We have been retained to help them find their next Director of Human Resources. This HR leadership role is both hands-on and strategic and reports to the General Manager. The Director will shape our client's people strategy, enhance employee engagement, and ensure HR practices align with business success.

✔ Develop and implement an HR strategy that supports business goals.

✔ Ensure compliance with labor laws (OSHA, ADA, FMLA, FLSA, etc.).

What You Bring:
Education & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
HR certification (SHRM-SCP, PHR) is a plus!
7-10 years of HR experience, including 5 years in a leadership role (preferably in manufacturing).
Experience with Predictive Index (PI) Behavioral Assessments

Skills & Attributes:
Strong knowledge of HR best practices and labor laws.

Familiarity with ADP Workforce Now (HRIS) & Employee Navigator (BP) are pluses.
