Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth by engaging with potential clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in inside sales, particularly in technology sales, and have experience with customer relationship management software such as Salesforce. Your ability to communicate effectively in English and develop business relationships will be key to your success.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct warm calls to potential clients to introduce our products and services.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through excellent customer service.
  • Identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions to meet those needs.
  • Utilize Salesforce and other software tools to manage leads, track sales activities, and report on progress.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales strategies with promotional campaigns.
  • Participate in business development initiatives to expand market reach.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to effectively position our offerings.

Skills

  • Proven experience in inside sales, preferably within the technology sector.
  • Proficiency in using Salesforce or similar CRM software for tracking sales activities.
  • Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to engage customers effectively and provide exceptional service.
  • Experience with business development strategies and techniques.
  • Familiarity with warm calling practices to generate leads and close sales.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and overcoming objections.
