Responsibilities:
- Answer and direct phone calls with professionalism and courtesy.
- Organize and schedule appointments to keep the office on track.
- Plan meetings, take detailed minutes, and ensure follow-ups.
- Write and distribute correspondence, including emails, memos, and letters.
- Assist in preparing reports to meet deadlines.
- Maintain an organized filing system for quick access to information.
- Update and enforce office policies and procedures.
- Manage office supply orders and research vendors for seasonal needs.
- Keep contact lists current and accurate.
Skills:
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role.
- Familiarity with office management systems and procedures.
- Proficiency in using office equipment like printers and fax machines.
- Strong MS Office skills, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Excellent time management and multitasking abilities.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
