We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Shift Leader to join our dynamic team in the food industry. As a Shift Leader, you will play a crucial role in managing daily operations, ensuring high standards of food handling, and leading your team to deliver outstanding service during shifts.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff during shifts to ensure smooth operations.
• Maintain high standards of food management and handling practices in compliance with health regulations.
• Assist in budgeting and inventory control to optimize resource allocation and minimize waste.
• Oversee banquet services, ensuring that all events are executed flawlessly.
• Provide training and support to team members, fostering a positive work environment.
• Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly, ensuring satisfaction.
• Collaborate with the management team to implement operational improvements and enhance service quality.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in the food industry, preferably in fine dining or casual dining settings.
• Strong understanding of food handling procedures and safety regulations.
• Experience with budgeting and inventory control processes is highly desirable.
• Previous experience as an assistant manager or in a leadership role is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to motivate and lead a team effectively.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends as required.
