Krimson Klover is hiring a Sales Coordinator to join our passionate and entrepreneurial team.
This position will assist with wholesale and direct sales.This role requires exceptional communication skills, strong multi-tasking abilities and organizational skills. A love of apparel, the fashion, ski & outdoor industry a must. Ability to provide excellent customer service to online customers and retail partners. Ability to execute strategies to elevate the brand and support goals across channels – including wholesale and ecommerce.

Direct Sales Responsibilities
- Provide an excellent customer experience for online customers.
- Manage customer questions and support via phone and email.
- Facilitate product returns and exchanges
- Work with QuickBooks, NuOrder, Shopify and Excel
- Analyze and prepare summary reports for all online customer support communications

This role is a full-time position based in Boulder, Colorado in Krimson Klover offices. (this role is not remote). Relocation is not provided.
Salary range $50-55K annually based on experience.
