What You’ll Do:
- Digital Marketing Campaigns: Develop and execute social media marketing campaigns across various platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Google, TikTok, etc.) to drive engagement and brand awareness. Track performance using tools like Google Analytics, Meta, and adjust strategies for maximum impact and ROI.
- Content Creation: Create and manage social media content calendars, including crafting engaging Reels, Stories, carousels, and other content for various social media platform. Ensure alignment with brand messaging and technical expertise, providing feedback and revisions when needed. Oversee website updates, ensuring relevant content is current.
- Local Store Marketing: Create and help implement local store marketing ideas to promote our businesses within the community and increase foot traffic. Engaging customers and responding to their messages and reviews.
- Technology Use: Utilize geofencing technology to target potential customers in specific geographic areas and drive traffic to our locations. Brainstorm and implement creative marketing strategies to enhance brand recognition and customer loyalty. Monitor and analyze marketing metrics to track the effectiveness of campaigns and make data-driven decisions. Stay updated with the latest marketing trends and best practices to ensure our strategies remain competitive.
What You Bring
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or equivalent real-world experience.
- Experience:
- Proven experience in social media marketing and local store marketing.
- Familiarity with geofencing and its applications in marketing.
o Creative thinker with excellent communication and analytical skills.
o Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment and Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
o 2–4 years in marketing and advertisement, with a strong focus on strategy and social media content creation. Great copywriting skills a must!

- Skills:
- Expertise in social media management platforms & tools (Metricool, Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, Slack etc.).
- Strong copywriting skills, including captions, storytelling, and content creation.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret metrics and make data-informed decisions.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills to juggle multiple projects effectively.
- Experience managing multiple clients or projects simultaneously.
- Proven ability to create and execute successful social media strategies (including Reels, Stories, and carousels).
- Soft Skills:
- Clear and effective communication and collaboration abilities.
- A knack for out-of-the-box thinking and creativity.
- A genuine passion for the industry.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $45,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
