We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain relationships with potential and existing clients through warm calling and follow-up communications.
  • Conduct telemarketing campaigns to generate leads and identify new business opportunities.
  • Utilize Salesforce to track sales activities, manage customer interactions, and report on sales performance.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective sales strategies that align with business goals.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring satisfaction throughout the sales process.
  • Engage in technical sales discussions to understand client needs and present tailored solutions.
  • Participate in business development initiatives to expand market reach and enhance brand visibility.
  • Meet or exceed individual sales targets while contributing to overall team success.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in inside sales or a related field is preferred.
  • Strong telemarketing skills with the ability to effectively communicate in English.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM software is an advantage.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with a focus on customer service and relationship management.
  • Ability to engage in technical discussions related to product offerings.
  • Self-motivated with a strong desire for personal and professional growth within the sales industry.
  • A proactive approach to identifying opportunities for business development.
