Krispy Kreme's Equipment Service Technicians are responsible for maintaining the proper running order of Krispy Kreme equipment throughout a given region. This involves installing, servicing, and repairing various types of equipment. Additionally, Equipment Services Technician give advice on preventative maintenance and general care.
A TASTE OF WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING :
- Assisting with installing, servicing or performing on-site repairs of complex equipment.
- Providing technical assistance to shop personnel and guidance on general maintenance and trouble-shooting of equipment
- Responding to requests for emergency repairs
- Working under directions and guidelines without direct contact with supervisor
- Acting as a liaison between department and shop personnel
- Handling on-call responsibilities by fielding support calls during and after business hours
- Traveling extensively domestically and internationally as needed using various modes of transportation.
- Working in the Equipment shop as needed
