About the Role:
As a Business Development Associate, you’ll be instrumental in sourcing new leads and fostering client relationships. Your key responsibilities include:
- Conducting pop-bys to introduce our real estate services to potential clients and local businesses.
- Using online messaging platforms to connect with prospects and build a pipeline of leads.
- Creating and managing marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness and generate new business.
- Maintaining a database of potential clients and following up to nurture leads into opportunities.
- Collaborating with our real estate team to ensure a seamless client experience from introduction to closing.

- A proactive, outgoing, and self-motivated individual who thrives on building relationships.
- Excellent communication skills, both online and in person.
- Creative problem-solving and marketing skills to attract and engage clients.
