About the Role
Based in Chicago, the Client Services Analyst is responsible for supporting KRM22 clients who use KRM22s enterprise risk management software. The role is perfect for an individual who is passionate about understanding business processes, has excellent analytical skills and is eager to learn and grow in a dynamic environment. Working closely with other members of the Client Services team who are mainly based out of London and Chicago, the main duties include:
Service Issues Analysis: Respond to client queries and issues using KRM22s software (knowledge gaps, functional gaps, escalation of defects to development, etc).
Solution Recommendations: Provide recommendations for effective solutions, processes, or strategies to address business challenges.
Requirements Documentation: Create clear and comprehensive documentation of client environment deployments, including functional configurations, user access guides and process flows.
Data Analysis: Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that can guide decision-making and improve business performance.
Client Services: Assist in understanding and addressing client needs, ensuring that proposed solutions align with their goals and expectations.
Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, project managers, and quality assurance teams, to ensure successful project delivery.
Continuous Learning: Stay up to date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to enhance skills and knowledge.
The ideal candidate
Essential:
Strong analytical and problem solving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Eagerness to learn and adapt to changing business needs
Desirable:
Bachelors degree in computer science, mathematics, physics or related field
Exposure or proficiency in using analytical and project management tools and software, e.g. Python, SQL, JIRA, etc, would be useful but not essential
Prior experience of working in a Client Services environment is an advantage but not considered a prerequisite for the role

Salary estimate: US$55,000 US$80,000 depending on the candidates relevant experience and qualifications
