Kroehler is hiring a Customer Service Outside Sales/Special Orders representative in Conover, North Carolina. This is your unique opportunity to set you mark and live on the leading edge.
In this role, you will be responsible for Customer Service and order entry for all outside sales, and special orders. The ideal candidate will posses a strong background in the furniture industry.
Duties
- Responsible for Customer Service and order entry for all outside sales and special order program.
- Process special orders, employee purchase, cover checks, photo samples, etc.
- Maintain the clerical functions of the swatch program.
- Produce the weekly Wag report.
- Assist Customer Service/Materials Manager with essential functions as needed.
- Assist management and other office personnel with computer-software related projects.
- Any other essential function that may occur from time to time as directed by Manager.
Skills
- Strong experience in Upholstery Furniture.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for building client relationships.
- Experience in AS400, and Microsoft Publisher.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts effectively.
- Experience in Word, and Excel.
