Clean criminal background and credit history
Ability to pass military background check and gain access to DoD installations
Must pass drug screening and background check (pre-employment and random)

Job Responsibilities

Read and interpret mechanical, electrical, plumbing construction drawings and cut sheets.

Responsibly for reviewing and management of overall MEP project schedule.

Attendance of weekly meetings both with general contractor and / or DoD personnel.

Host daily meetings with subcontractors / vendors working on site.

Coordinate internal resources and third-parties / vendors for the execution of project.

Tracking and documenting changes in scope.

Daily management and quality control of subcontractors.

Review of received materials & equipment against approved submittals.

Completion of quality control inspections and daily work completed reports.

Maintain and enforce safety regulations and building code requirements to ensure all work is performed in a safe manner.

Proficient use of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and Microsoft Project.

First Aid / CPR Certified - Training provided by Kroeschell as required.

OSHA 30 Certified - Training provided by Kroeschell as required.

Typical jobsite work hours 6 : 00am to 4 : 00pm Mon-Fri

Experience / Education

Prior experience with commercial / industrial mechanical, electrical, plumbing construction and / or project management.

Associate or higher degree in engineering related program or equivalent trade / related experience preferred.
