Additional Technology Information: Looking for a hands-on Organizational Change Management Lead with practical business experience beyond methodologies. A self-managed practitioner that can work in an agile environment will be the right fit for this OCM & Training Lead role. A key focus for this role will be to guide and influence a business area with engaging lean change management and training practices to ultimately drive faster adoption, greater utilization, and higher proficiency to achieve strong business results.
Position SummaryDrive adoption of change initiatives across technology teams required to meet business objectives. Focus on the strategy of change management and the people side of change, including changes to business processes, systems and technology, job roles, organizational structures, and associate training. Supervise a team in rolling out OCM and training initiatives that will drive faster adoption, greater utilization and higher proficiency to achieve strong business results.
