Job Description

• Program, set up, and operate Doosan CNC machines with Fanuc controls, ensuring precision and efficiency in part production.
• Read and execute from blueprints to produce high-quality parts that meet customer requirements.
• Inspect parts to guarantee quality standards are met, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions.
• Collaborate with and teach other team members, fostering a supportive group environment that promotes growth and development.
• Solve machining problems creatively, thinking outside the box to ensure deadlines are met with high-quality output.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Experience in CNC programming, machine setups, and full-cycle machining is essential.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively under pressure are vital for success in this role.
• A team player who enjoys teaching others and working in a dynamic environment is ideal.
