- Perform basic quality control checks using measuring tools like calipers, micrometers, and gauges.
- Assist with setup and adjustments of machines for different production runs.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment by adhering to safety protocols and company policies.
- Report any issues with machinery or tools to the supervisor for resolution.
- Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of equipment as instructed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED (technical or vocational training is a plus).
- Basic understanding of machining processes and tools (prior experience or training is advantageous but not required).
- Willingness to learn and take direction from experienced team members.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
