Key Qualifications
- Proven ability to recruit and effectively manage a sales team of 10-15 reps.
- Strong track record of personal and team success in sales.
- Excellent trainer and motivator with a passion for developing talent.
- Experience in in-home sales is a strong advantage.
- Ability to teach and implement effective closing techniques.
- Capable of maintaining team closing rates above 39%.
- Willingness to conduct ride-alongs and provide hands-on coaching.

Compensation: $75,000 to $95,000 starting Salary Overrides and Bonuses
