As a Leader of the North America team, you’ll play a key role in scaling and growing the sales organizations. The right candidate will be results-oriented and a driven team leader, who can balance strong strategic and technical selling with excellent interpersonal and people management skills. You’ll be an experienced manager who has developed and executed best-in-class sales processes and methodologies.
Responsibilities:
Full responsibility for the P&L in North America
- Lead and scale a team of excellent sales managers as part of a high-performing Sales engine
Requirements:
At least 7 years of experience in leading sales teams selling to manufacturing clients- a must!
- Proven success in prospecting, negotiation, and closing complex sales cycles
- Highly organized and able to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Impeccable customer skills: communication, empathy, integrity.
- Ability to travel to customers at least 40%- a must
