VP Sales North America

For a Hi Tech company developing visual inspection capital equipment systems for industries that manufacture complex parts and products.

A Sales Leader with a passion for developing and building best-in-class sales organization.

As a Leader of the North America team, you’ll play a key role in scaling and growing the sales organizations. The right candidate will be results-oriented and a driven team leader, who can balance strong strategic and technical selling with excellent interpersonal and people management skills. You’ll be an experienced manager who has developed and executed best-in-class sales processes and methodologies.

Responsibilities:

Full responsibility for the P&L in North America

  • Lead and scale a team of excellent sales managers as part of a high-performing Sales engine

Requirements:

At least 7 years of experience in leading sales teams selling capital equipment to manufacturing clients- a must!

  • Proven success in prospecting, negotiating, and closing complex sales cycles
  • Highly organized and able to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Impeccable customer skills: communication, empathy, integrity.
