The current salary range for this position is $20 to $40 per hour.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Greet visitors, clients, and staff with professionalism and courtesy
- Manage front desk operations, including phones, emails, and incoming/outgoing correspondence
- Maintain a clean, presentable, and high-standard reception area
- Handle visitor registrations and coordinate client-facing conference room schedules
- Provide general administrative support and assist with office operations as needed
- Communicate clearly and professionally in writing and in person
- Uphold a welcoming and secure environment for all guests and employees
- Prior experience in front desk, receptionist, or hospitality roles preferred
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Professional appearance and understanding of corporate dress code
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Friendly, dependable, and service-oriented with a strong sense of responsibility
- Must be punctual and reliable—timeliness is critical to this role and it is required to be on-site in our NYC office Monday through Friday – schedule is 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM ET
