Role Description
The firm seeks a full-time experienced civil litigation attorney with 5-15 years' civil litigation experience. We are willing to discuss in-office, hybrid, or full remote for this position. Our exciting Practice Areas include litigation defense in personal injury, catastrophic personal injury, professional liability, product liability, premises liability, construction defect, and other statewide practice areas, including California and national sexual abuse cases defending the business entity (not the perpetrator). You will have your own cases to manage and work up to mediation / trial / settlement, including discovery, motions, hearings, depositions, experts, and reports re same. We are a cloud-based, paperless office. You should be reasonably tech savvy with Word, Outlook, and Adobe Acrobat Pro. We offer competitive compensation and benefits.
Qualifications
- Skills in Law, Hearings, and Depositions
- Experience in drafting legal Motions
- Ability to represent clients in Courts
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree and active Bar license
- Experience in civil litigation practice (5-15 years)
- Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
