This role involves administering HR policies and procedures across multiple functional areas, collecting and analyzing HR data, and making recommendations to management. The ideal candidate will be fluent in Spanish, technically proficient, and possess strong interpersonal skills.
Position Requirements:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience: 2 years of minimum experience in HR or a related area.
Bilingual in Spanish A MUST
Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and the ability to navigate various systems.
Analytical Skills: Ability to collect, analyze, and make recommendations based on HR data.
