What are the responsibilities and job description for the NMCI Support Analyst position at Kros-Wise?
Job Responsibilities:
- Respond to new service requests, changes, incidents, and cancellations of NMCI Services for NSWC Corona.
- Execute Move-Add-Change (MAC) requests, buildouts, and other related NMCI business processes.
- Communicate updates and changes to the NMCI catalog of services to ACTRs and customers.
- Support on-premises NMCI hardware inventory such as monitors, keyboards, peripherals and computers for distribution to ACTRs and customers
- Support for tech refreshes and inventory, to include but not limited to, unloading pallets, moving, stocking, accounting, barcoding, tagging, affixing labels and recording and producing data and reports required for revenue collection and reconciliation activities
- Support NMCI contract line items including software, services and work requests
Required:
- DOD Secret Security Clearance - or a clearance within the past 24 months.
- NMCI support and with NMCI Enterprise Tool (NET) experience
Salary : $50,000 - $75,000
