Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Window Treatment Installer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the accurate installation of various window treatments, ensuring high-quality workmanship and customer satisfaction. This role requires a strong background in carpentry and construction, as well as the ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Duties
- Install a variety of window treatments, including blinds, shades, and curtains, according to specifications and customer preferences.
- Perform necessary measurements and assessments to ensure proper fit and function of window treatments.
- Utilize caulking techniques to seal gaps and enhance the appearance of installations.
- Execute heavy lifting tasks as required during the installation process.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide expert recommendations on products and installation methods.
- Conduct minor repairs or adjustments on-site as needed, ensuring all installations meet quality standards.
- Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition, ensuring safety protocols are followed at all times.
- Assist in construction estimating for potential projects when necessary.

Qualifications
- Proven experience in window treatment installation or related fields such as carpentry or construction.
- Proficiency in caulking, heavy lifting, construction estimating, and general maintenance person skills.
- Familiarity with glass installation techniques is preferred.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot issues on-site effectively.
- Excellent communication skills to interact professionally with clients and team members.
- Ability to work independently while managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- A valid driver's license is required for travel to job sites. Must have own truck or work van
- Background checks will be a requirement
