KRS Holdings, a dynamic and rapidly expanding residential property management, is looking for a skilled and motivated Maintenance Technician with expertise in HVAC systems to join our team in Hampton, VA, and the surrounding areas. We’re seeking a candidate with at least 5 years of experience in troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining residential HVAC systems. The ideal person will have a strong customer service orientation, excellent communication skills, and a passion for maintaining properties across the local communities. A company vehicle and gas will be provided, with travel during regular work hours and on-call duties across the Tidewater region, including Suffolk, Chesapeake, Virginia Beach, and the Peninsula.
Job Responsibilities :
- Install, repair, and maintain various HVAC systems, including but not limited to replacing condensing units, heat pumps, and air handlers.
- Utilize your experience to handle plumbing, electrical repairs, and appliance maintenance, with additional expertise in carpentry and drywall.
- Communicate professionally and courteously with clients, explaining the services provided and offering suggestions for improvements when needed.
- Maintain accurate records of services completed, completing work orders.
- Diagnose and repair appliances as required.
- Strictly adhere to safety protocols and company standards.
Qualifications :
Ability to work regular hours (Monday–Friday, 8 : 30 AM to 5 : 00 PM) with occasional on-call rotations (one week per month).
