- Perform preventative maintenance, diagnostics, troubleshooting and repairs on HVAC systems.
- Accurately document services performed and materials used.
- Stay updated on industry standards and maintain compliance with safety protocols.
- Knowledge of HVAC tools, equipment, and system diagnostics.
- Proven experience in HVAC servicing.
- EPA Certification (required).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Dependable, punctual, and motivated with a team-focused mindset.
- Clean driving record and reliable transportation.
- Ability to pass a background check, drug screen, and reference check.
