Leasing Agent/ Assistant Community Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Leasing Agent / Assistant Community Manager to join our team. In this dual role, you will be responsible for leasing apartments, maintaining strong tenant relationships, and supporting the Community Manager with day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate will have strong sales skills, attention to detail, and a passion for providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

Leasing Agent Duties:

• Showcase and lease available properties to prospective tenants.
• Schedule and conduct property tours
• Respond promptly to leasing inquiries via phone, email, and in person.
• Assist with processing rental applications
• Prepare and review lease agreements with tenants.
• Ensure properties are presentable by coordinating with the maintenance team.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of leasing activity.

Assistant Property Manager Duties:

• Assist with rent collection and follow up on delinquencies.
• Handle tenant concerns and coordinate maintenance requests.
• Support the Community Manager with lease renewals and notices.
• Help maintain compliance with local and federal housing regulations.
• Ensure accurate record-keeping of tenant files and property documentation.

️ Qualifications:

• Experience: 1-3 years of leasing, property management
• Education: High school diploma or equivalent
• Skills:
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
