We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Leasing Agent / Assistant Community Manager to join our team. In this dual role, you will be responsible for leasing apartments, maintaining strong tenant relationships, and supporting the Community Manager with day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate will have strong sales skills, attention to detail, and a passion for providing excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
Leasing Agent Duties:
- Showcase and lease available properties to prospective tenants.
- Schedule and conduct property tours
- Respond promptly to leasing inquiries via phone, email, and in person.
- Assist with processing rental applications
- Prepare and review lease agreements with tenants.
- Ensure properties are presentable by coordinating with the maintenance team.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of leasing activity.
Assistant Property Manager Duties:
- Assist with rent collection and follow up on delinquencies.
- Handle tenant concerns and coordinate maintenance requests.
- Support the Community Manager with lease renewals and notices.
- Help maintain compliance with local and federal housing regulations.
- Ensure accurate record-keeping of tenant files and property documentation.

- Experience: 1-3 years of leasing, property management
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent
