Responsibilities:
- Check out patients after their appointments: Greet patients with a warm and friendly demeanor, making them feel welcome and comfortable when they check out for appointments or call the office by phone.
- Schedule appointments efficiently, ensuring that all patient needs and preferences are taken into consideration.
- Coordinate patient flow, ensuring smooth transitions between various areas of the practice.
- Verify insurance coverage and handle billing inquiries, ensuring accurate and timely processing.
- Maintain patient records and update information as necessary, demonstrating meticulous attention to detail.
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing patient concerns and inquiries with empathy and professionalism.
- Collaborate with the dental team to ensure seamless coordination of patient care.
- Estimate and collect patient co-pays for dental treatment
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a dental or medical office setting is preferred, but not required. If you have a strong work ethic and the desire to learn, this is the job for you!
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
