Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Service Porter to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional guest services, ensuring a seamless experience for our visitors. This role is responsible for supporting the overall operation of our dealership, including valet parking, guest services, and administrative tasks. Responsibilities:- Provide exceptional guest services by greeting and directing visitors, answering questions, and addressing any concerns they may have.
- Ensure a safe and welcoming environment for all guests by enforcing dealership policies and procedures.
- Assist with valet parking and manage the parking lot as needed.
- Handle guest inquiries and concerns regarding vehicle sales, service, and financing.
- Provide accurate information and respond promptly to phone calls, emails, and in-person requests.
- Support administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document management.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to dealership standards.
- Assist with deliveries and other tasks as needed. Requirements:- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Prior experience in customer service, hospitality, or a related field preferred.
- Ability to communicate effectively with guests and colleagues, both verbally and in writing.
- Proficiency in operating a cash register and handling cash transactions.
- Knowledge of manual transmission vehicles and their operation.
- Bilingual skills are a plus.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
- Availability to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- A valid driver's license and a clean driving record are required.
