【Responsibilities】：
- Suggesting investment directions that have strategic value to the company's long-term and existing business based on the company's in-depth tracking and research in the areas of focus (such as ETH2.0/Web3.0/Sharding/CrossChain/DeFi/POW)；
- Be able to conduct independent and complete project due diligence, participate in and organize due diligence on financial valuation models and techniques, investment memo reports；
- Participate in post-investment management to reduce investment risk, assist in the implementation of project exits, and increase the return on investmen；
- Participate in the management of other related investment and financing business of Krypital Group。
【Requirements】
- Bachelor's degree or above from a major university at home or abroad, with background in finance, economics, marketing or related disciplines；
- Proficient in listening, speaking, reading and writing in English and good at communicating with others；
- Understanding the financial industry, cryptographic digital industries and markets, with an interest in and insight into the design of monetary economics.；
- 2 years or more working experience in trust companies, funds, investment banks, securities companies, investment departments of large Internet technology companies, etc., 2 years or more blockchain investment experience is preferred；
- Knowledge of the early developer community on blockchain, and an understanding of cutting-edge technology trends, with a technical background in programming preferred；
- Research spirit, love to learn new knowledge, good at exporting ideas, familiar with operations
