About the Role :
As an Patient Care Coordinator at Osseo Family Dental (OFD), you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our dental practice.
Your duties would include : Greeting and exiting patients, verifying dental insurance coverage, answering phones, communicating with patients via text / email, contact patients who are due for treatment and schedule accordingly.
You will work closely with our dental team to ensure that all Patient related matters are handled efficiently and effectively.
Minimum Qualifications :
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
