Lawn Maintenance & Snow Removal Crew Leader
We are looking to hire an experienced and qualified Crew Leader to join a friendly and supportive workplace that prioritizes customer service and promotes employees' comradery.

As the Crew Leader you will direct and oversee 2-5 crew members completing basic lawn maintenance including mowing, using a push, walk behind or zero turn mower, weed-whipping, edging, mulching and general labor throughout several Condominium Associations and Homeowners' Associations located in Southeast Michigan. Snow Removal knowledge including plowing, blowing, and salting are also desired skills. You will demonstrate professional guidance to your team, read and follow job descriptions, ensuring all job quality expectations are met to company standards and entering completion on the job log on the tablet.
Position requires :
- Lift and Carry up to 50lbs.
- Ability to stand, walk, and bend continuously during a shift
- Ability to work 10 hour shifts
- Valid Drivers' License & have reliable transportation
- Be a self-starter who can also work and thrive in a team environment
- Follow directions and pay attention to detail
- Display excellent communication skills as you converse with clients/customers daily
- Have a great attitude!
The ideal candidate will have 2 years experience in the lawn and landscape maintenance and snow removal industry
