IT BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER
OVERVIEW :
KS2 Technologies is looking for an ambitious and energetic IT Business Development Manager to help us expand our clientele. The IT Business Development Manager is responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities that drive growth and revenue for the organization. The ideal candidate will have experience in business development, strategic planning, and negotiations, as well as experience working in the digital space and a deep understanding of the trends and dynamics of the cloud and ERP marketplace, specifically with Oracle JD Edwards or Oracle Fusion Cloud. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills are also essential.
RESPONSIBILITIES :
The IT Business Development Manager will mine and secure enterprise customer / client relationships while maintaining current customer needs. This role assists in developing and facilitating the proposal process for specific clients / customers including budget and pricing development, contract negotiations and client presentations.
- Compile, qualify, and work leads through the sales funnel.
- Collaborate closely with the delivery team for optimal configuration and solutioning.
- Maintain and update the sales pipeline in the CRM system, providing regular progress updates.
- Attend lead generation events like trade shows and industry networking events.
- Achieve sales quota.
- Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of KS2's offerings, showcasing features / benefits.
- Prepare persuasive proposals and sales-related documents.
- Generate comprehensive reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and transactions.
- Provide exceptional customer satisfaction, fostering long-term relationships.
- Engage prospective customers through various communication channels.
- Collaborate with Marketing to determine best plans-of-action for lead generation.
- Stay updated on industry trends, identify new business opportunities, and maintain a competitive edge.

As a W-2 employee, this position provides a competitive base salary plus commission with attractive employee benefits.
