Position Overview: KSA Integration is seeking a Junior Logistics Analyst to support the Marine Corps Installations Command (MCICOM) Logistics and Installations Directorate (G-4) Transportation Services Branch. This entry-to-mid-level role will assist with vehicle data analysis, audit preparation, and working group logistics. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented and eager to grow in a collaborative, mission-driven logistics environment.

Job Type: Full-time/Exempt
Location: Hybrid (Pentagon and Remote)
Anticipated Start Date: 06/01/2025
Position Responsibilities:
· Support the development of transportation-related reports and policies.
· Assist in data extraction and analysis from the Fleet Management Information System (FMIS) and other vehicle logistics platforms.
· Support the preparation of financial reports and After-Action Reviews.
· Help coordinate Transportation Services events and working groups.
· Maintain transportation metrics and audit trail documentation.
· Utilize Enterprise Task Management Software Solution (ETMS2) to manage and track task assignments and deliverables.
Requirements
Position Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent military/Department of Defense (DoD) experience.
- 2–5 years of logistics or supply chain experience.
- Active Secret clearance.
- Familiarity with vehicle data systems and reporting tools.
- Effective communication and teamwork skills
Preferred Skills/Experience:
- Experience supporting the Marine Corps or other military logistics programs.
