Position Summary

We are currently seeking an experienced and customer-focused Leasing Professional to join our team. The ideal candidate is bilingual (English/Spanish), has a passion for real estate and resident satisfaction, and brings a strong background in leasing and customer service. This role requires at least 2 years of experience in leasing or a closely related field.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct property tours and showcase available units to prospective residents
• Provide excellent customer service to both current and prospective residents
• Assist applicants throughout the leasing process, ensuring all documentation is accurate and complete
• Participate in marketing and outreach efforts to attract and retain residents
• Foster strong relationships with residents and manage lease renewals
• Maintain accurate leasing records and update resident information in the property management system
• Ensure compliance with Fair Housing laws, leasing policies, and local regulations

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred
• Minimum 2 years of experience in leasing, property management, sales, or customer service
• Bilingual in English and Spanish (required)
• CLAP (Certified Leasing and Property Management Professional) certification is a plus
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and property management software (AppFolio experience a plus)
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to work flexible hours, including some weekends and evenings
• Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
