Your Role as a Sales Support Coordinator
As the backbone of our Design Sales Team, you’ll handle essential administrative and customer service tasks that keep our operations running like a well-oiled machine. Your work will directly contribute to delivering exceptional service to both our team and our customers!
Key Responsibilities:
✅ Process sales orders with precision and efficiency
✅ Track and manage order statuses, quickly resolving any hiccups
✅ Support the design sales team with quotes, proposals, and administrative tasks
✅ Keep our CRM system accurate and up to date
✅ Manage emails, phone calls, and correspondence with professionalism
✅ Ensure office supplies are stocked and organized
✅ Provide top-tier customer service—both in person and over the phone
✅ Collaborate with other departments to enhance the customer experience
✅ Keep our design center looking polished and inspiring for our clients
✅ And, of course, wear multiple hats and bring your A-game every day!
