Our client, a well-established job shop manufacturing company in Lancaster, WI, is seeking a CNC Machinist to join their team. While they are open to candidates with varying levels of experience, they prefer a more experienced machinist who can contribute beyond routine tasks. The ideal candidate will be proficient in CNC machining, have a strong attention to detail, and be comfortable working in a job shop (non-production) environment where quality and precision is key.

Work Schedule & Compensation:
- Shift: Full-time, First Shift
- Hours: Monday – Friday, 7:00 A.M. – 3:30 P.M.
- Pay: $24 - $30 per hour (based on experience)

Key Responsibilities:
- Operate CNC Vertical Mills, manual mills, and lathe machines.
- Program and set up machines, interpret technical drawings, and utilize MasterCAM software (experience with MasterCAM is highly preferred).
- Debur parts and perform quality control inspections to ensure parts meet specifications.
- Work primarily on Mazak machines using Mazatrol software (experience preferred but not required).
- Maintain equipment and follow safety protocols at all times.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in CNC machining, preferably within a job shop environment.
- Familiarity with MasterCAM software is a significant advantage.
- Experience with Mazak machines and Mazatrol software is preferred.
- Strong focus on quality control and detail-oriented work.
- Ability to work independently and take initiative beyond basic tasks.
