At KSL Resorts, we are seeking a skilled Beverage and Food Service Professional to join our team as a Barista and Customer Experience Specialist. As a key member of our retail cafe team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service while maintaining the highest standards of food and beverage quality and presentation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare hot and cold beverages, such as coffee, espresso drinks, blended coffees, or teas, to meet quality standards.
- Clean or sanitize work areas, utensils, or equipment to ensure a safe and healthy environment for guests.
- Serve food and beverage items to customers in a friendly, enthusiastic, professional, and timely manner.
- Follow safety and security procedures to prevent accidents and maintain a secure workplace.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- 1 year experience in a similar role, preferably in the food and beverage industry.
- High School diploma or GED equivalence required.
- Able to lift and/or carry up to 40 pounds frequently to assist guests.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a fast-paced environment.
