Role Overview
The Line Cook plays a vital role in the success of our culinary team at KSL Resorts.
As a Line Cook, your primary responsibilities will include preparing and cooking a variety of food products using a range of equipment and utensils.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook a variety of food products
- Work closely with the executive chef to ensure that all dishes are prepared to the highest standard
- Maintain a clean and sanitary workstation area
- Follow safety and security procedures
- Work cohesively with co-workers and all departments as part of a team
Requirements
- Minimum of six months kitchen experience preferred
- Ability to stand for extended periods of time
- Ability to lift and/or carry up to 40 pounds frequently
- Ability to hear, understand and communicate orally and in writing
