Mr. Handyman specializes in residential and commercial maintenance, repair and minor remodeling. Our McKinney, Texas franchise location is one of the largest franchises in the country and we are continuing to grow.
Position Summary:
We are looking for a part-time Bookkeeper/Administrative Assistant to handle bookkeeping tasks, special projects, and administrative duties. The primary responsibilities include assisting with a wide variety of accounting tasks including data entry, invoicing, accounts receivable, accounts payable, collections, payroll, reporting, and various projects, as assigned. Additional duties include office related tasks, occasional personal assistant support to the owner and light driving to run errands. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, organized and reliable.

Required Qualifications:
· Must have a strong working knowledge of Quickbooks, Microsoft Office and Outlook
· 1-2 years experience in an administrator or coordinator role
· 1-2 years experience in bookkeeping or related position
Hours:
Monday through Thursday - 9 a.m. to 2 p.m.
Background Check and Drug Test Required.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $18.00 - $19.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 per week
