Temporary Partner Success Specialist (6-Month commitment)
We are currently seeking a Temporary Partner Success Specialist to oversee the day-to-day order processing and shipping processes for assigned wholesale accounts. This role is responsible for ensuring Purchase Orders received from retail partners are entered quickly and accurately, following up on existing orders and backorders, handling returns, and partnering with the Sales team for onboarding new accounts. This role requires a high degree of customer centricity and flexibility.
This role works closely with assigned wholesale accounts to ensure satisfaction with the services provided, address any areas of dissatisfaction with urgency and a process improvement mindset to grow the relationship and establish trust.
This is a full-time hybrid position. This role must work in the office 3 days a week (Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday).
What you will be doing :
- Assists with setup and maintenance of customer information, requests, and requirements within company databases.
- Assist with maintenance of item master records within all internal and external company databases (1WorldSync, GS1, etc.)
- Assist with setup and maintenance of all sources of incoming customer orders, including but not limited to, EDI, customer web portals, TrueCommerce, website (B2C and B2B), email, fax, etc.
- Work within systems to execute all planned mapping and integrations (TrueCommerce, SPS Commerce, customer web portals, etc.)
- Key member of team tasked with identifying, evaluating, creating / amending, and executing process improvement and compliance initiatives.
- Proactively ensures internal compliance with all customer requirements to prevent errors in order fulfillment.
- Work closely with customers and internal sales team to manage their concerns with the objective of maintaining positive customer relationships.
- Monitor daily inbound and outbound EDI transactions to ensure timely flow of orders and related data.
- Implement and maintain internal and external processes specific to vendor / trading partner.
- Communicate effectively with Warehouse Team to ensure standard operating procedures are maintained and followed.
- Support the inside Sales Department by carrying out administrative tasks such as data input, processing information, completing paperwork, filing documents, etc.
- Cooperate with the inside Sales Department to prepare sales orders, invoices, and provide shipment information as needed.
- Work closely with International Sales Director and their specified customers to prepare and process orders.
- Monitor and work with 3PL's located in China and the UK : track inventory levels, monitor inbound and outbound orders, invoice shipped orders, etc.
- Create and maintain catalogues of all inventory items.
- Assist with chargeback dispute process by compiling and maintaining documentation of disputes.
What we expect from you :
Our ideal candidate will have a High School diploma or equivalent and at least 1 year of work experience in a related field. They must have intermediate experience in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel , Word & PowerPoint). Experience with NetSuite, 1 Wo rld Sync (GDSN) , UL / Wercs (GS1 - US & Canada) ,True Commerce / SPS Commerce (EDI systems), Task & Project Management (Line Review Workflow) and other retailer portals and tools a plus!
