About the Role:
As our Partner Success Manager & Event Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in strengthening relationships with our business partners, ensuring they feel appreciated and engaged while also driving new partnership opportunities. You’ll be responsible for everything from scheduling calls to researching the perfect gifts, keeping our network strong, and leading special projects that support our continued growth.
What You’ll Do:
- Manage & Nurture Partnerships: Keep existing partners engaged, reawaken dormant relationships, and identify new business partners to expand our network.
- Coordinate & Schedule: Arrange meetings, follow-ups, and key touchpoints with business partners.
- Gift & Appreciation Strategy: Research and source personalized gifts for partners—whether for birthdays, holidays, new partnerships, or just because.
- Event Coordination: Support the planning and execution of partner-related events and initiatives.
- Special Projects: Take ownership of unique projects that arise to enhance partner success and engagement.

- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

- Creative thinker who enjoys personalizing experiences for others.
- Proactive and resourceful—able to take initiative and run with ideas.
- Experience in partner management, event coordination, or a similar role is a plus!
