Responsibilities
In Store & Warehouse
Owns: Accurate and timely replenishment
- Leadership, Management and Accountability for Department
- Manages Replenishment & Location Transfers: accurate and timely replenishment, inventory discrepancy documentation, transfer audits, and stock to bin ratio
- Responsible of product cleanliness and standards
- Manages Process Success (Ops): Replenishments Score, Planogram Schedule
- Manage and oversee daily inventory operations, ensuring accurate stock levels are maintained.
- Utilize RF scanners to track inventory movements and maintain accurate records.
- Load and unload products from delivery vehicles, ensuring proper handling and storage.
- Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate inventory needs and resolve any discrepancies.
- Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers with their inquiries regarding inventory availability.
- Operate pallet jacks and forklifts safely to move products within the warehouse.
- Train new staff on inventory control processes and best practices.
- Conduct regular audits of inventory to identify any issues or areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with other departments to support overall operational efficiency.
